Established in 1994, the California School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) is located in one of the most geographically and culturally diverse regions in the world. Virtually every language, custom and cuisine can be found in Southern California, and it is this diversity, combined with famous California sunshine, that inspires people from all nations to make their home in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Associated with the famed Le Cordon Bleu, California School of Culinary Arts is a provider of culinary education and culinary training in California.

Featuring small class sizes, modern facilities and outstanding chef instructors, this Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Training Program hosts an annual culinary exhibition featuring students' creations.
