Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America’s Culinary Arts Program blends demonstration classes with hands-on, practical courses in professionally equipped kitchens. As part of this dynamic Program, students will have the opportunity to learn classical cooking methods as well as the qualitative aspects of proper food preparation, nutrition and sanitation. Students are encouraged to explore their own style and creativity under the guidance of our executive Chefs. In addition, our Culinary Arts Program includes a general education component which is designed to provide a solid academic foundation for our students’ careers and personal growth.

The Culinary Arts Program includes:*

  • Culinary Arts Concepts – Baking and Pastry
  • Nutrition
  • Hospitality Supervision– International Cuisine
  • Food and Beverage Cost Control

General Education courses could include:*

As a requirement of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program, students must successfully complete an externship. This externship can provide students with the real life experience they will need for a career in the culinary arts.
