Offering curricula in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Scottsdale Culinary Institute is known for its successful graduates. Since SCI is exclusively a culinary and hospitality school, the focus is on the unique needs of culinary and hospitality students. The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program is intensive and rigorous but may be completed in as few as 15 months and includes a 3 month, paid externship at a national location of the student's choice. In addition, SCI is the only Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America affiliate to offer a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Management. SCI offers hands-on instruction in small classes taught by dedicated and experienced Chef-Instructors who devote 100% of their time and attention to the development of their culinary and hospitality students. To help ensure the success of each student, the Institute also offers housing assistance, financial aid for those who qualify, and professional placement assistance.

Scottsdale Culinary Institute is located in a 45,000 square foot facility that formerly served as a country club. It overlooks a lush golf course, lake, and enjoys mountain views.
